CFLP Records Commission
Ohio Revised Codes provides the structure for a group of people to oversee the managment of information kept by the solid waste district. Our Records Commission consists of the Chair of the Board of Directors (currently Brad Feightner), the Chair of the Policy Committee (currently Tim Bubb), the District Coordinator (Carol Philipps) and the District's attorney (David Northrop). This group creates the records management policy, the records retention schedule, and approves "disposal" of district documents. In our case, disposal means RECYCLING!!!
The next scheduled meeting of the Records Commission is September 28, 2012. The purpose of the meeting is to review the list of documents ready to be disposed.
