CFLP Records Commission
Ohio Revised Codes provides the structure for a group of people to oversee the managment of information kept by the solid waste district. Our Records Commission consists of the Chair of the Board of Directors (currently Fred Shriner), the Chair of the Policy Committee (currently Jeff Roberts), the District Coordinator (Carol Philipps) and the District's attorney (David Northrop). This group creates the records management policy, the records retention schedule, and approves "disposal" of district documents. In our case, disposal means RECYCLING!!!
The CFLP Records Commission will meet on November 18, 2011 at the Liberty Center, 955 Liberty Drive in Lancaster. The purpose of this meeting is to approve disposal of obsolete records.
